Player Safety

Felton Little League is committed to ensure your player(s) have fun playing baseball and softball in a safe environment. We have clear safety rules. For example:

We prohibit any player other than the batter from swinging a bat; and
We require all batters and base-runners to wear batting helmets.
Athletic Cups and Supporters are mandatory for any/all player(s) playing the catcher position.

The FLL Injury Report form is available here.. If an injury occurs during a Little League practice or game, an incident report must be completed and provided to FLL If an injury occurs during a Little League practice or game, an incident report must be completed and provided to FLL (available at the Snack Bar and take a picture and email it to the [email protected]) within the stated reporting period.

- REQUIRED for all FLL Coaches: Completion of the following Heads Up to Youth Sports before beginning practices/games. Submit a copy of the completion certificate to the Safety Officer ([email protected])
  - REQUIRED form for all Parents and Players to Review both pages, then Sign and Return page 2 only before beginning practices/games

Smoke Free Facility

Reminder that our ball park here in Felton is a smoke free zone. We are located on school property and state law prohibits the use of tobacco products on school property. This includes vaping.

PHOTO RELEASE

I the parent and/or legal guardian, of a Felton Little League registered player, hereby give permission to Felton Little League, to use photographs and video taken of my child during the games and events associated with Felton Little League in any manner to help promote the league activities. Such use could include publications, media releases, announcements, electronic or otherwise, and on league websites or social media pages. I understand that I will not receive any compensation if such image appears in any of the manners listed above or other manner that the league deems appropriate. I agree that such image is the property of Felton Little League.
