1. No Parking On The Grass During Games/Practices
(Exception: Director on duty, Concession Director, League Officials & Umpires)
* The above must park behind blue equipment shed
a. No POV is allowed to drive in center driveway under any circumstance unless authorized by FLL.
b. No Parking in grass area behind Tee Ball Field, subject to be towed per Felton PD
c. No Parking in grass behind minor field
d. No Parking in lot of Pro-Lock Safe, subject to be towed
e. Reason: Safety issue of all in attendance
2. No Pets Allowed In The Park
a. Reason: Safety issue of all in attendance
b. Reason: Liability issue
c. Reason: Health issues
Pets are not allowed in the park. Service animals are welcome. However, while we are compassionate to those who need emotional support animals, they are not covered under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as service animals. We ask that you leave them at home as they are pets and, as such, are not allowed in the park. For more information: ADA Service Animals

3. Smoke and Tobacco Free Facility
a. The entire Felton Little League park is a NO SMOKING / NO VAPING /NO SMOKELESS TOBACCO / NO ALCOHOL park. We are located on school property and state law prohibits the use of tobacco and alcohol products on school property. b. Smoking is only permitted across the street (East Street) from the park
4. No Throwing of balls or any object at or on top of any the equipment sheds/building
a. Reason: Damage to the buildings and safety, creating unnecessary repair expenses
5. No Throwing Or Hitting Balls Into The Fences
a. Reason: Damage to the fence and grass areas, creating unnecessary repair expenses
6. No Jumping Or Climbing Of Fences
a. Reason: Damages the top rail and fence, creating unnecessary repair expenses
7. No Throwing Of Stones
a. Reason: Safety issue for all in attendance
b. Reason: Can cause damage to lawn maintenance equipment, create unnecessary expenses
9. No climbing on any present dirt hills in the park
a. Reason: Safety issue of all in attendance
b. Reason: Liability issue
c. Reason: Health issues
9. No Bike Riding In The Park
a. Reason: Safety issue of all in attendance
10. No Field Maintenance Grass Cutting In The Areas Of Games/Practices
a. Reason: Safety issue for all in attendance
Managers / Coaches
11. The Home Team Will Do Field Maintenance and setup / Visitors Will do Field Clean-Up On/Outside The Field
a. Reason: This league is entirely run by volunteers, your help is needed
b. Return all field equipment to proper storage location
c. Empty all trash cans
d. Drag fields starting from outer edges moving inward
12. If Ejected From The Park, By An Umpire Or The Director On Duty You Will
a. 1st offense - be ejected for the remainder of the day
b. 2nd offense - be ejected for the remainder of the season
c. 3rd offense - be ejected for life (LIFETIME BAN)
(All of these steps are subject to the appeal process)
13. No One May Block Access To Center Driveway, Or They Will Be Towed
a. Reason: Emergency vehicles may have to have quick access to a field/player
14. No Unruly Behavior Or Foul Language
a. Reason: This is a family environment, please set an example
b. Reason: We have a zero tolerance rule to verbal &/or physical abuse
*IF SOMEONE IS ASKED TO LEAVE THE PARK FOR ANY REASON, THEY ARE TO LEAVE IMMEDIATELY, IF THEY CHOOSE NOT TO, THE DIRECTOR ON DUTY IS TO CALL THE POLICE IMMEDIATELY AND THE PERSON WILL BE ARRESTED FOR TRESPASSING.
